None of my artwork is to be used for Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning training of any kind. My work is not to be used for NFTs, blockchain or any for profit purpose of any kind without express written consent. Such usage is completely prohibited and will result in legal action.

I will reply to you to discuss details. Sometimes emails can get lost so please check your spam.
Commissions are priced according to project complexity. Additional fees may apply for more complex character designs and/or modifying your request after work has started.
I will calculate the total and then send you the invoice for you to pay.
With the exception of private orders, I may use commissioned works for other purposes, including for-profit purposes.(Such as creating merchandise from commissioned fanart.)

Private Orders and Commercial Licensing

If you want your order to remain private, an additional cost will apply.
Private orders: 50%+ of total price
Commercial licensing(reselling, marketing, selling merch, etc.): 100%+ of total price

I will do my best to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
Expect it to take 2-4 weeks to complete your order. Depending on its complexity, and my existing workload.
Major revisions can only be made during the sketching phase. Any major revisions after the sketching phase will come with an additional fee.
After the order is completed, you may request minor changes such as color adjustments.
The final piece will include a JPG or PNG image.

Payments

I accept USD$. All payments are to be made through PayPal.
For Lines, Flat Color and Full Color commissions the full payment will be due after the sketch is approved.
For Sketch commissions the full payment will be due upfront.
Do not send payment until you receive a PayPal invoice.

You are purchasing a piece of digital artwork. You will only receive a digital copy of the work and nothing will be shipped to you.
I retain the right to post reproductions of the order online unless the client has paid for exclusive rights.

If a project is canceled by me after the payment has been made, I will provide a full refund.
No refunds will be provided if a project that is already in progress (meaning the artwork is past the sketching phase.) is canceled by the client.
No refunds on completed commissions.

The artist reserves the right to:

Include the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets, etc. (unless requested to be private). I will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design.
Reproduce the artwork for merchandise such as prints, t-shirts, etc. depending on type of commission (eg. fanart vs. portrait of a real person).
Modify, edit and repurpose the commissioned piece.
Claim the commission as their own work.

The client and other parties

may not:

Use the commissioned work for commercial licenses and reselling rights. Commercial means usage on streams, broadcast content, or any other monetized work.(i.e. Including but not exclusive to: merchandise, monetized videos, etc.). Reselling rights means selling the work to another party or platform.
Use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, prints, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.
Modify, edit and repurpose the commissioned piece.
Claim the work as their own.

The client can:

Use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays. Please make sure to credit me as the artist.
Print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your personal use only.
In the case of an adoptable, you retain the rights to the character design.
